Will my order details be disclosed on the packaging?

Every order is discreetly shipped in plain packaging without any indication of its contents. Our name or logo will not be visible on the outside of the package, ensuring your purchases remain confidential.

How should I check the logistics information after placing an order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please check your SPAM folder before emailing brandservice@fusyfun.com for your order status.

What do I do if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice the delivery address is wrong, just shoot us an email at brandservice@fusyfun.com within 24 hours. We'll help you fix the address before we send out your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Free shipping in the US for orders over $59. For other countries, please contact customer service at brandservice@fusyfun.com. We will serve you individually.

Who are your shipping carriers?

We utilize various carriers such as USPS, UPS, and YANWEN for shipping. However, at this time, we do not provide the ability to select a preferred carrier. Orders shipped through YANWEN will be transferred to USPS or ONTRAC for the final delivery process.

I can't take advantage of the offer, what restrictions are there?

Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon code may be applied per order and cannot be combined with bundles, special discounts, or any other promotional offers.

RETURN AND SERVICE POLICY

What should I do if there's a problem with the product I received?

If you receive a product with an issue (e.g., noticeable damage), please take a photo and contact us immediately at our official email: brandservice@fusyfun.com. We will respond to your query within 48 hours.

I want to return a product, how do I do this?

Due to the nature of our items, we only accept returns of unopened products with intact packaging and tags. Once opened, items are considered used and cannot be returned unless defective.

If you wish to return a product, please email us pictures of the unopened package within 180 days of purchase. After confirmation, we'll provide you with a return address. Return shipping is at your expense.

What are the requirements for experiencing the 90-Day WOW Plan?

I did not purchase the product at FusyFun. Can I return it?

FusyFun will honor warranty claims for any toy purchased through authorized retailers. However, no refunds can be made for purchases not with FusyFun directly.

Why won't my new toy turn on?

  • When you receive the product, charge it first. The indicator light will flash during charging. Note: Do not use the product while it is charging.
  • Once fully charged, the indicator light will remain on. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds; the blue light should turn on and the product will vibrate.
  • If it still does not turn on, please contact our after-sales customer service at brandservice@fusyfun.com. We will resolve the issue for you.

Can I take the toy to the bath?

The product is IPX6 waterproof, meaning it can be used in the shower but should not be submerged in the bathtub for extended periods.
